We selected Kershaw’s as our estate agent for a number of reasons; namely that they sold a neighbouring property within 12 weeks where, comparably other local agents had taken +6months to sell other neighbouring properties.
Kershaw’s didn’t disappoint with our sale and we had 3 offers in 10 weeks (and this was in a slow market with 2 large developments looming on the street) – a good result.
I would endorse Kershaw’s as an estate agents for a number of other reasons though; the beautiful marketing material that they produce using a professional photographer, the excellent overseeing of both sale and purchase and lastly that they seemed to genuinely cared about us and our home and getting both parties a deal that they could be happy with.
When we decided to sell our property we went straight to Angela as she had sold us the property but also knew her knowledge and wealth of experience within the area would be a big help. Our house sold fairly quickly, however, it was quite an long winded and arduous process to get to completion. We were not in the country during this period which made it difficult to manage, but Angela and her team made it so much easier and went well above and beyond their role as real estate agent, assisting with many items that certainly didn’t fall under their remit.
